Being a Chinese, I personally prefer using bowls instead of plates for food, as they are easier for lazy bums like me to hold the whole meal in one container. Every day when I pick up one of these containers from the cupboard, their stories would come along too, especially those I made myself.
Here is a chance for you to get involved in pottery at a local natural lifestyle studio To Yau, understand and retrieve the material from local natural earth sources right at the backyard, while getting creative to make your very own containers in a hidden rural area in Hong Kong. The full-day workshop also offers breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea meals, including local organic vegetables, homemade bread, and more.
